POLICY

The Cruiser Company warrants that all products manufactured and sold by The Cruiser Company are free from defects for a one year period from the date of delivery. The customer must report the defect to The Cruiser Company within a reasonable time frame of it occurring. The Cruiser Company has the right to repair, replace, or offer a refund in the face of a valid warranty claim. The Cruiser Company has the right to refuse warranty claims relating to rust caused by salt water, corrosion because of exposure to chemicals, damage as a result of the product being used outside of its intended use, if modifications or other work has been completed by a third party, damage as a result of the product being poorly maintained, damage that has occurred due to improper fitment. The customer must provide proof of purchase when making the warranty claim. The Cruiser Company is not required to provide refunds for change of mind cancellations.
