Fitting:
Fitting is available in Pakenham (VIC, 3810). Fitting will involve the removal of the factory bumper, fitting of the new rear bar, wiring of LED lighting and relocation of number plate. Please enquire for more details. 
 
Colour Coding:
Colour coding is available for $650 inc. GST. This allows for the carrier arms and bar base to be sandblasted, zinc powder primed and painted.
 
 
ABOUT THE BAR:
The 80 series rear bar is built locally in Pakenham (VIC, 3810).
 
The 80 series rear bar is constructed from Australian 5mm steel which provides a high level of strength and durability.

Mounting:
The bar features four mounting points to the chassis to provide optimal strength for impacts from a range of angles. The bars main mounting points are on either side of the chassis at the rear, where steel plates fix the bar to the vehicle with a series of bolts. The bar also features mounting plates which span the distance from the front of the bars wings to the chassis of the vehicle, this mount provides rigidity from side impacts.
 
Manufacturing:
This rear bar is made in Victoria, Australia from Australian steel.
 
The bar is manufactured using advanced manufacturing techniques with the entire bar being laser cut before being neatly folded using a press brake folder, once again all in Australia with Australian materials.
 
Configurable Carriers:
Included with the purchase of the 80 series rear bar are two carrier arms. Each carrier (both left and right) shares common symmetrical bases which allow for different uprights and accessories to be bolted on. This will allow the owner of the bar to easily choose their carrier setup and modify it with ease down the track.
 
Included with the bar is a single tyre carrier upright and a passenger side jerry can holder. The jerry holder can be unbolted from the passenger side carrier base to allow for another tyre carrier upright to be added (should you wish for a twin tyre carrier setup). Likewise, the tyre carrier upright can be unbolted from the driver’s side carrier base to allow for different carriers to be installed.
 
Additional bolt on carrier accessories will be sold separately.
 
When configured with twin tyre carrier uprights, the 80 series rear bar will be able to hold two 35-inch spare tyres.
 
 
Updates:
With our full time design team, we are always finding ways to improve the rear bars to make for a better product. In the latest updates (13/10/22), we have included:
RoadVision corner reverse lights with all orders.
Updated Roadvision taillights with thicker cabling.
Thicker latch base.
Latch base change to stainless steel.
Increased tyre carrier height for clearance.
Thicker stubs.
Chage to metal strut hardware.
Thicker bump stops.
Improved internal wing gusseting.
Increased adjustability in tyre head for different rim offsets.
Added adjustment inboard and outboard on the tyre carrier for different tyre sizes.
